These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the carpet cleaning services we provide. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Carpet Cleaning Spartanburg SC provides professional residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, pet stain and odor treatment, and related services throughout Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

Estimates: All estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing is confirmed after the pre-cleaning walkthrough on the day of service. If conditions differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any price adjustment before beginning work.

Flat-Rate Pricing: The price you agree to before we start is the price you pay, subject to the above exception.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or email
• We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may incur a trip fee
• We provide estimated arrival windows and will contact you if running significantly behind schedule

3. Your Responsibilities

• Move small, lightweight furniture before our arrival
• Secure pets in a separate room during service
• Ensure access to a water source and parking within reasonable distance of the property
• Disclose known issues including pet urine contamination, previous water damage, or heavily soiled areas

4. Stain Removal Limitations

Some conditions may result in permanent staining, including: red clay scrubbed wet multiple times; bleach or chemical damage; pet urine that has penetrated through to the subfloor; and stains set by store-bought products. We will identify these during the pre-cleaning walkthrough before work begins.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Contact us within 7 days of service if you are not satisfied and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. The guarantee covers areas not adequately cleaned using our standard process. It does not apply to permanent stains identified before cleaning began, or to wicking caused by pre-existing contamination.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. We do not charge your card until the service is complete and you have had the opportunity to inspect the results.

7. Limitation of Liability

We carry full general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, color changes resulting from carpet wear or prior chemical treatment, or damage caused by moving heavy furniture at the customer’s explicit request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Carpet Cleaning Spartanburg SC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
